Mycotoxins are toxic byproducts left behind by certain molds — and unfortunately, some cheap coffees on the market can contain trace amounts. Not here. What does “Heavy Metal-Free” mean in coffee?
Some soils naturally contain heavy metals like lead, arsenic, or cadmium that can end up in crops (including coffee). Heavy metal-free means our beans are screened to make sure they’re clean, pure, and safe for sipping.
