Coffee beans can sometimes grow mold during farming, storage, or shipping — especially in humid climates. That’s where testing matters. When we say mold-free, we mean every batch of beans is carefully tested to make sure they’re clean, safe, and up to our standards. No hidden nasties, no unpleasant surprises — just pure, delicious coffee. Because your morning buzz should come with energy and flavor, not unwanted extras.
What does “Mycotoxin-Free” mean in coffee?
Mycotoxins are toxic byproducts left behind by certain molds — and unfortunately, some cheap coffees on the market can contain trace amounts. Not here. When we say mycotoxin-free, it means our beans are tested and verified clean, so you’re not sipping on anything sketchy. Just smooth, safe, delicious coffee that fuels your day the way it should.
What does “Heavy Metal-Free” mean in coffee?
Some soils naturally contain heavy metals like lead, arsenic, or cadmium that can end up in crops (including coffee). Heavy metal-free means our beans are screened to make sure they’re clean, pure, and safe for sipping.
