Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sip Happens Coffee! We want you to love what you order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


14-Day Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused)

  • With tags and/or in its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the RA# (Return Auth #)

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Coffee and food-type products (perishable goods are non-returnable due to food safety regulations)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Gift cards

Coffee and food products may be eligible for a refund or replacement only in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect shipment, reviewed case-by-case.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged

  • You received the wrong product

We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days

  • Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund

Sale Items & Gifts

  • Only regular-priced items are refundable; sale items are final sale.

  • If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the value of the return.


Shipping Returns

Unless otherwise arranged, customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
